What is the cash requirement when signing a new construction contract?

At the time of mutual acceptance of the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA), we require a 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit based on the full purchase price of the home.

Can I build a custom home on one of Seabrook's home sites?

Yes. Several home sites are available for custom builds, where you can work with your own architect to create your ideal beach home. If you do not already have an architect, we provide a list of pre-approved architects from our architectural review board.

Can I turn my home into a vacation rental? Is there a property management company available?

Yes. More than half of the homes in Seabrook are already enjoyed as vacation rentals. Seabrook Hospitality, our on-site property management company, is available 24/7 to make sure guests have a wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs) were established in 2017 as part of a federal tax bill to encourage economic development across the United States. These designated areas allow investors to benefit from special tax incentives when they develop or improve property.
