Holly Emerson

Vice President of Real Estate Sales & Buyer's Broker | Holly has been part of Seabrook since its founding in 2004, both as a homeowner and as a broker. In her role as designated broker, managing broker, and buyer’s broker, she brings openness, insight, and a wealth of experience to every client she works with. Holly is dedicated to making the process of buying or selling a home in Washington’s Beach Town both smooth and memorable.

Megan Miner

Buyer’s Broker | Megan takes time to truly understand what each client is looking for in a Seabrook beach home. Listing Broker | Jeff knows Seabrook inside and out, not just as a broker but as a longtime resident with a deep knowledge of the community. His years as Group Sales Director and Concierge for Seabrook Hospitality taught him how to pair personalized service with true local expertise. His goal is to provide homeowners with a listing experience that combines attention, local insight, exceptional service, and on-site promotion to make the process of selling homes smooth and stress-free.

Lily Walsh

Director of Partnerships | Lily Walsh is the Director of Partnerships at Windermere Seabrook. She has been part of the Seabrook team since 2018, helping share the town’s story and was part of the launch of the Windermere Seabrook office and partnership. Lily leads agent education programs, supports broker relationships across the Northwest, and occasionally hosts town tours to share how Seabrook is intentionally designed as a walkable coastal town.
