Thirteen years ago, Ginny V. stumbled upon Seabrook with her two daughters, Maddie (31) and Adriana (25). After falling in love with the concept and architectural design of the homes, what was originally just a routine visit to the Washington coast quickly became something more - it became a new dream for her and her daughters.
