We begin construction on roughly one home each week. Most homes are completed within 9 to 11 months, depending on the floor plan and any upgrades you choose.
At the time of mutual acceptance of the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA), we require a 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit based on the full purchase price of the home.
Pricing varies by neighborhood. To view our latest offerings, please visit our for sale page.
Our oceanfront neighborhoods, Northwest Glen, Pacific Glen, and Elk Creek, are nearly sold out, with only a few homes and home sites remaining. These neighborhoods feature some of the most sought-after oceanfront properties on the Washington Coast.

Learn more about the Seabrook Hospitality Program from Seabrook’s co-founder, Casey Roloff: Intro To The Hospitality Program
Seabrook was inspired by some of the most successful coastal towns, like Carmel in California and Cannon Beach in Oregon. Today, Seabrook has become Washington’s own beloved beach town. With thoughtful design and attention to detail, it delivers a Pacific Northwest beach experience that attracts both regional and out-of-state guests. Many families who once drove to Oregon now choose Seabrook instead. Because every home is unique, exact occupancy rates vary, but our vacation rental program has been thriving since day one, with steady growth in both revenue and the number of homes available. For more details, visit our Seabrook Hospitality Program FAQ.
Word of mouth from happy guests and homeowners continues to be our strongest marketing tool. Alongside that, we run a comprehensive marketing program that promotes both vacation rentals and resales. Homeowners in the Seabrook Hospitality program often see year-over-year revenue growth thanks to these efforts. Seabrook has also been featured in national and regional media outlets, including Coastal Living, Sunset, The Seattle Times, Seattle Magazine, Martha Stewart Magazine, Builder Magazine, and more. For the full list, see our Seabrook In The News page.
Our guests are families, couples, and friends looking for an authentic coastal getaway. Many compare Seabrook to Cannon Beach, Oregon, but with the added convenience of being closer to Seattle and the Olympic National Park. Visitors are drawn to our walkable town design, professionally managed vacation rentals, and vibrant town center filled with curated shops and dining. It’s a beach town experience designed for creating lasting memories.
