Seabrook's Gateway To Adventure

Located just east of South Farm, Fernwood is Seabrook's newest neighborhood. With bike trails, parks, outdoor games, and plans for a bike shop and café, it’s a place where neighbors gather to enjoy nature. A brief walk brings you to the outdoor pool, while a quick bike ride leads to Town Center and the beach.

Here you’ll find a variety of home and lot options, from charming one-bedroom cottages to spacious garden lots that provide the opportunity to add features like carriage homes or private pools.

Coming Soon - Short Golf Course and Indoor Pickleball

A short golf course is coming to Seabrook! A location has been approved, only a short 5-minute walk north of Fernwood, with completion expected in the next few years. The golf course is currently in the design phase and will draw inspiration from courses like Quicksands at Gamble Sands and Shorty's at Bandon Dunes.

Plans are also in place for indoor pickleball courts, situated just west of the golf course. Four indoor courts have been designed, as well as additional outdoor courts, allowing for year-round enjoyment of this fast-growing sport by residents and visitors.

As the neighborhood hub, Fernwood Station offers a central home base for outdoor adventure. Charming cottages surrounding a thoughtfully landscaped pocket park are just steps from a games area, fire pits, a future cafe and bike shop, and the growing network of mountain biking trails.

Now completed, Fernwood Station’s outdoor games courtyard creates a vibrant gathering spot for neighbors and visitors alike. Play a round of bocce or cornhole, challenge friends to ping pong, or relax by the fire pits under glowing string lights. With picnic tables, a turf game lawn, and a whimsical Bigfoot statue, it is a space designed for fun at every age. Nearby, Pacific Edge Adventures adds even more excitement with an activity yurt, skim pond, and future adventures to come.

Coming soon are Basecamp and Spoke Café, which will be the ideal spot to fuel up with a snack, rent a bike, meet friends after a ride, or grab gear and essentials for your next outing.
